Reporting to ownership, you will be responsible for the overall performance, compliance, and leadership of the venues, ensuring a safe, profitable, and customer-focused operation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all hotel, bar, food & beverage, and gaming operations.
Ensure full compliance with NSW liquor and gaming legislation.
Manage gaming machine operations, Responsible Gambling practices, and incident registers.
Lead, develop, and performance-manage department managers and staff.
Maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and venue presentation.
Liaise with regulators, auditors, and key stakeholders as required
About You
Proven Manager or senior leadership experience in a licensed gaming venue
Strong working knowledge of NSW gaming and liquor licensing requirements.
Current RSA and ARCG.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Sound financial and operational management capability.

Gaming Operations & Compliance
Ensure all gaming activities comply with gaming legislation, regulations, and codes of conduct
Maintain oversight of gaming machine operations, including performance, reporting, and audits
Ensure Responsible Gambling practices are implemented and monitored
Liaise with gaming regulators, inspectors, and licensing authorities as required
Oversee gaming machine maintenance, upgrades, and contractor relationships
Liquor Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and conditions
Maintain current licenses, permits, and certifications
Implement and enforce RSA and RCG practices
Manage incident reporting, day to day operations, inspections, and regulatory audits
Customer Experience & Service Standards
Ensure high standards of customer service across all areas of both venues
Handle escalated customer complaints and incidents professionally
Drive initiatives to enhance guest experience and loyalty
Ensure the venue environment is safe, welcoming, and well-maintained
People & Workforce Management
Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing staff
Ensure staffing levels meet operational and compliance requirements
Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary processes where required
Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture
Ensure compliance with employment laws, awards, and WHS obligations
Risk Management & Safety
Identify and manage operational and compliance risks
Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met
Stock Management
Complete orders and maintain stock as as required for bar & utilities

Significant senior management experience in a licensed gaming venue or hospitality environment
